In order to ensure the overall success and efficiency of the production and pre-production, we went on artofthetitle.com to gain more insight on the topic. This website predominantly focuses on title sequences so it was a good choice. On the website, you are immediately introduced to an article titled “Top 10 Sequences of 2019”. As the title indicates, this section focuses on sequences that the editors of the site saw as the best titles sequences among the many movies released last year. These sequences were chosen on the basis of factors such as originality, technique, innovations, and much more. Viewing this page indirectly helped our group. Though the selections were subjective, seeing some of the best titles ultimately gave our group some examples of what a good title sequence. We could then implement this newfound knowledge into our development process to ensure that we have the best title sequence that we could possibly have. Along with this section, there are many others with useful information on this website. At the top of artofthetitle.com, there is web bar with two drop menus titled ‘title sequences’ and ‘designers + studios’. Within the title sequence menu lied titles recommended by the creators of site, derived from various high scaled movies. This would be very essential to finding films that correspond with our genre, providing us with more examples as to what would be in the typical opening sequences of our genre. The designers + studios menu provided a list of various designers of titles and the studios behind them. This would enable us to easily find studios known for good titles..
